Reminders:
Students are to bring a HEALTHY snack each day to school. This DOES NOT include cookies of any kind, candy, or any kind of chips (cheetos, doritos, etc). Granola bars, fruit, fruit cups, or crackers and a juice/water make a great snack and give us a little energy boost until lunch time.
Students also need to bring a water bottle to school w/ them if they need water other than our break time and lunch time.
We have PE every Friday.
All "Work-In-Progress is due on Friday after DEAR time.
All Homework packets are due on Friday morning including the reading log w/ a parent's initial.

The Science Fair is coming up soon! (early March) Start thinking of a fun experiment to try. All students who complete a science fair project will receive 20 science bonus points. More info. will follow from the middle school science teacher (Mrs. Dusterhoff)
We will begin reading The Tale of Despereaux as a class. We have finished The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe. WOW! We loved it! The book is always better than the movie (in both cases!) There are now a lot of CS Lewis fans in the class!
