2008-2009 Fee schedule

Registration Fee

$125 per family due March 31, 2008 or at the time of registration

Instructional Fee        

$200 per child due May 1, 2008 or at time of registration  (This fee may not be included in monthly payments)

Technology Fee

$75 per child due on business day in August 2008 

Early Withdrawal Fee

Early withdrawal fee (prior to end of school year) is one month's tuition. This fee will be waived if withdrawal is due to employment transfer.

Tuition Rates

Families with four or more children will discuss tuition with the principal.

Please Note:  Any family unable to meet these payments and who ardently desire a Catholic Education for their children are to please fill out the Grant and Aid Application at www.factstuitionaid.com.  Neither the Pastor, nor the Principal or School Advisory Board want to turn anyone away who wishes their children to attend Saint Ann Catholic School.

Priority for Financial Aid is given to active members of St. Ann Parish. Those new to the area may apply at time of registration. There is a $20 application fee.

Those receiving the St Ann or other Catholic parish rate must be actively involved in their respective parish through financial or volunteer support. For parishes other than St. Ann, a letter from the Pastor attesting to this will be required.

Payment Plans     

REGISTRATION, TUITION, AND INSTRUCTIONAL FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE

Annual

Full payment made to St Ann School on or before June 1, 2008

Semester

Two equal payments made to St Ann School on or before June 1, 2008 and December 1, 2008

Monthly

Twelve payments paid June through May through FACTS Tuition Management Company.  A voided check must accompany the application for monthly tuition.  Monthly amounts will be adjusted for those who register later than June.  For example, registration in July means that tuition will be paid over eleven months (beginning in July), August payment will be based on ten months, etc. Registration after school starts will be prorated. There is a $41 enrollment fee for FACTS.

*** Upon approval by the principal and payment of all necessary tuition and fees, a student may be enrolled at St. Ann School. Please note that full admission is not granted to any student until the successful completion of a 60 day probationary period.***

We are now able to accept credit/debit cards for all tuition and fees. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
